For mark making I started with a square of plastic and a sharp point. I started off by drawing my image onto the plastic which I then carved out with the sharp point. Then I poured some ink into the top of the image and pressed it into the crevices and wiped away the access. (two images to the right)
I then took it over to the press and printed the image onto watercolor paper, which I slightly dampened before using to allow the ink to fully transfer.
The inspiration I took for this image design came from the 'Still Life' drawings I drew.

Below is the end result, I printed it into watercolor paper and used the same process as last time.
To the left of this text you'll see the board I created with raised elements made with a range of materials.

I then took it over to the print roller and printed it onto damp watercolor paper.
After doing this I created three more designs which I then carried on through to print (All inserted below).
