We then did an activity where we were asked to draw the lady by only looking at her and not the page (drawing to the right).

In college our brief was 'Still Life' which was a series of elements pieced together to generate a final outcome.

To start our brief we did a week of life drawings which is where I drew the images to the left.
From the life drawings we then started to draw bones and the anatomy of the body, from real bones the college had supplied, and these drawings on either side of the text are what I came up with. (1, 2, 3 & 4)

From the drawings I drew of the bones I then started to generate and piece together a collection of drawings in which I would then turn into a 3D sculpture...

I decided to made my sculpture by carving away at a bar of soap.
